The Never-Bored Kid Book, Ages 4-5

I ordered this book as well as the ages 6-7 and 7-8. They are colorful books with nice heavy pages and my son loved his. He actually worked through it in two sittings! And it has quite a lot of pages. The biggest thing I don’t like about and why we decided to return the additional ones is that there is a lot of cutting and paste activites. These are great if you want cut and paste practice but even then I had to do most of the cutting. I wanted the books for use on-the-go and with all the cut and paste pages we did not use the book in its entirety.

This is a great book BUT there is a lot of cutting and pasting so if you're looking for something to keep your kids attention while you work, this isn't it. My 4yo wants me to do the cutting and he does the pasting. Not a good distraction, but it is a good learning book of you're not splitting your time with work.

My 5 year old grandson loves this book. It provides a variety of activities such as mazes, dot to dot, cut and paste, coloring, and matching and it's perfect for his age group.

probably one of the best purchases I've made in a while from Amazon. my kids don't want to STOP doing the activities in these books. As soon as they come home from school, they start working in the books without any prompting or pushing. they finished 2 books within a week. I love the variety of activities. definitely reinforces skills they are learning at school - motor skills, finding differences, coloring, sequencing, etc.. I will update my review after my granddaughter gets a chance to read it. But have been looking for a way to give feedback on packaging. The envelopes with bubble wrap are impossible to recycle , maybe with a lot of work and time. Id rather not get these. Also stop using paper labels on plastic envelopes. Hard to get off. I've seen plastic labels on other senders packages. Suggest move to those.

This book is very colorful with cute illustrations. My 4 year old loves this book and is always asking to do more pages. The pages are perforated, so I can tear out one page at a time for him. He can do most of these pages unassisted. There is a lot of variety in the activities: cutting, pasting, mazes, dot to dot, folding, tracing, hidden picture, same or different, matching, coloring and puzzles. We did need a toilet paper tube and a couple fasteners in addition to glue, scissors, tape, and crayons/pencils.We've done almost the whole book in less than a month and have already ordered  Never-Bored Kid Book 2, Ages 4-5 . I only wish there were more of these with how fast we're going though them!

Fantastic book! Matching, drawing, dot-to-dot, cut & paste, folding, and more. He gets excited to do a couple pages every morning.

Bought these for a three hour flight for our son, he finished the book and had fun.

I ordered this book after seeing the second one in a local shop. The range of activities keeps my 3, now 4 year old busy. She loves to leaf through and pick an activity. Sometimes picking one, completing it then moving on to another but playing with both finished projects. Excellent buy!!!
