Exactly What I Needed!
I purchased this to reinforce a part of my computer power cord where the skinny outer sheath was separating from a wider transition section in the cord. (The inside wires were still individually wrapped.) This product may seem a little expensive for the quantity that you get, but a replacement power cord for my laptop was going to be WAY more costly, so I figured it was worth a try. Following the instructions, I was able to mold the putty around the affected section of the cord, set it aside for a couple days to fully cure (part of it was really thick, so I needed to be sure it was cured all the way through), and Bam! my problem was solved. When cured, the putty is flexible enough that it doesn't break when bent, but stiff enough to reinforce the power cord. I actually used this product over a year before writing this review it is still holding up as well as it did a year ago when I first put it on. I would highly recommend this for any odd job where you need a sturdy but flexible final product.

Saved my dying charger cable
really good to use, has saved my dying charger wire. Blessed to have found sugru. It takes time to understand how to mold it, but once you give it the attention, you're all set. I have noticed other parts of wire coming out, it probably could be because of my rough use.

Used to fix power tool reliefs and saved some cash.
This product was easy enough to use. Just roll it out and shape it the way you want it and leave it until it cures. I repaired cords on a jig saw and a drill that were pulling out of their strain reliefs.

Fixed Exposed Wires on Bent Computer Cord!
Wow! This stuff is a lifesaver! We used it on some cords that were showing some exposed wires underneath and it was very easy to apply and dried hard. These cords will last a lot longer now! We haven't tried it on anything else yet but we are looking for things to use it on because it was a very quick process. How did we not know about this before?

Tiny amount of product
Agree with the other comments that this is overpriced. Once you open the packaging there is a tiny piece of the actual thing.

works on metal!
I used this to glue the top on a silver candlestick and it worked! I have tried many other types of glue for metal and nothing worked until I used Sugru... Love it!
