Sizzix Thinlits Die 665079 Jar of Flowers by Lisa Jones, 17 Pack, Multicolour, One Size. Ideal for Card Making and Craft Projects.

This is a very modular set. The dies cut well, with some lovely vein detail on certain leaves. Apart from the jars the pieces are small or very small, requiring painstaking work using your tweezers and pin-point glueing accuracy (and for those of us with deteriorating sight, a magnifying lens). Glue is required because no glue dots or self-adhesive foam dots are small enough, certainly not for the centre flower parts.The set produces lovely layered flowers and foliage but of course you'll need to make many passes through your die-cut machine to get different colours for the layering.There are fewer options with the 'mix and match' flowers than it seems at first. Maybe do what I did and buy one or two more Sizzix different flower group dies at the same time, to increase your mix and match options.I'm looking forward to doing a shaker card using the jar(s). Sizzix says on the die packet that the die set goes with their domes that you buy separately (i.e. ready-made acetate part that you'd need for a shaker card). When you buy this die-set, consider if you want to buy the domes at the same time.

Love this die, you can cut it all out and use it as shown in the picture, or use all the different dies for other projects, so many options. Love it.

These are lovely and quite versatile but one small one is missing so we have 16 pieces instead of 17 which is really disheartening. Lovely otherwise

Sizzix always cost a bit more but they always give a good result
