Great Little Drill !
Small size is great, while still being easy to hold. Gets into really tight places easily and the light is bright and well aimed. Lightweight, but has a lot of power! The batteries seem to last a long time, and they have held their charge when not used for quite some time. Really nice case that holds everything, with room for other accessories like bits. This is an excellent value!

Exactly what I'd expect from ACDelco
General: Both tools feel sturdy. I haven't knocked them around, and I'm not going to for an Amazon review, but for what it's worth, they feel as good as any Makita or Milwaukee tool I've used. The labels look kinda cheap; I have no idea just how involved ACDelco actually is in the design/manufacture/branding of these tools, but the labels look cheap compared to molded-in names like you get on most professional grade tools. As far as labels go, the metallic texture looks about as nice as a label can look, but there are little bubbles under every label and they don't stick well around the edges. Doesn't affect performance at all - just letting you know. It's kind of exactly what I would expect from a brand like ACDelco - it's a no-frills brand for mechanics, not a consumer-oriented brand concerned with making a pretty presentation. The tools also don't balance well when stood upright; the battery is not perfectly flat on the bottom like on Milwaukee M12 or Makita's old 10.8V lithium line. There is a very subtle bulge at the center that makes the tools slightly wobbly when you try to stand them up. They still stand, but not well enough that I would stand them up on a delicate surface and walk away. A slight bump of a table would probably make them fall down.Drill: The clutch has 10+1 settings, not 5+1. There are dots between the printed numbers, and every dot is also a clutch setting, not just the numbers. Plus the no-clutch drill setting, which is the "+1". The LED illuminates only while the trigger is depressed. It does not remain illuminated after trigger release. My other tools leave the light on for a few seconds so you can use the LED as a convenient light, and I wish this did the same. The battery is slightly wider on one side than the other. The wider part of battery goes toward the front, such that the tool is thinner at the yolk of your thumb, and it's wider and flatter at your fingers. The 1/4" hex collet is not the quick-insert type; you have to pull out on the collet to fully seat the bit. Not a problem, just FYI. The collet holds normal hex bits just fine, but it will not hold the tiny 1" bit inserts by themselves. Which is fine - I mean, there are only a handful of tools on the market that will, so it's not a problem, it just would have been nice if it did, being that this is a tool for small spaces. Again, not a problem, just FYI.Flashlight: The flashlight is nothing worth getting excited over. The light pattern kinda sucks. It makes a wide, dimly lit circle with a tiny focus of brightness in the center. It's not very usable IMO. Better than nothing, but not great. It seems like they took a reflector designed for halogen bulbs and just tossed in an LED bulb and called it a day. It really needs a different reflector to work well. The light pattern is also not adjustable; spinning the housing ring doesn't change it. The light has has two flat rubber discs on the back that help it to lay flat (so that you could aim it at the ceiling or the bottom surface of what you're working on, without it rolling away).Charger: The charger operates such that it fills one battery first, then moves on to the other. I have seen other people talk about this as a negative, but I think it's perfectly fine. I mean, let's say that I'm in a situation where both of my batteries are dead, and I need to use the tool. Well, I would much rather that my charger fully juices up one of the batteries as fast as possible so that I can get to work, rather than dividing the charge current so that both batteries charge at half speed. That's the way this charger works, and I don't know why anyone sees this as a problem.Case: The case is HUGE for two tiny tools and a charger. It's well made as far as blow molded cases go, but ya, it's big. The case's label was also particularly poorly applied and had massive bubbles extending all the way to the edges; I lifted it up from one of the edges with a pocket knife, removed and reseated the entire label, and that got most of the bubbles out, but it's still not perfect.Overall, this driver-drill is exactly what I expected from a brand like ACDelco. It's a no-nonsense tool designed for automotive workers to use for lightweight jobs in small spaces. It's not beautiful, it's not fancy, but it's affordable, compact, and more powerful than you would expect. And the price is incredibly good. I would consider this a very good tool for what it is. It lacks some creature comforts, but it's priced well, built well, and it'll get the job done. All that said, I'm not sure it's what I want, but it is a good tool.

Battery defective after 6 month on a light use acdelco charge me to get a new one under warranty
The batteries lasted 6 months until 1 was defective. I ask acdelco to get a new one under warranty, they push me to ask amazon. UPDATE I got answers from acdelco amazon, they want to honor their warranty... but at a cost of US $ 26 saying that I have to pay a shipping fee. This is the last time I buy their products. Other big brand dont bother customer with shipping fee when their product are defective 6 month after the purchase date.

Its to bad
This little drill driver is super handy just the right size. It fits every where just about. Battery life is excellent. I have the impact driver and drill and flash light they all work well. I use this a minimum 4 hours a day , it wears out in about 3 years. I’m on my fourth one now . There hard to find and have been discontinued by manufacture. This seller on Amazon does not actually have any . Be wear .

portable and powerful
small, light, easy to grasp and powerful enough for maybe 80% of what you need working around the house. I have a 12volt Milwaukee impact driver/hammer drill set which is much bigger especially on the handle so I reserve it for those jobs where this 8volt may not be powerful enough. I've had this for over a month and haven't had to use the 12 volt yet since this 8volt usually is powerful enough to do whatever it is I needed it for. I bought this for the women in the family but so far haven't had the chance to try it but I'm sure they'll like it too just like I do.

Lightweight drill driver
Not the most powerful but works really well for around the house work. It is not meant to drive a 2” lag screw but works well for light drilling and screwing. Cost is very good given that you get light and battery with charger.
