Q: How long does it take for the towel to dry?

I hang mine up so it will dry faster. If you don't and leave it lying around wet, it will sour. Depending on how wet it is will determine how long it takes to dry. I really like this product. It has saved my floors many a time with all the rain we have had this year. I have 3 dogs.

Q: I’ve used this 2X an washed it once and it’s already coming apart. Can I exchange this?

The pockets for inserting your hands make nice place to hang and dry.
