Perfect for egg white whips
There are several keto recipes that call for egg whites and cream of tartar. Great price on a large bag.

Ok for the few recipes i need it for. Would recommend a bigger size if you use it often. .
Seems to work ok for recipes. Not used very often but is an item in some of my keto bread recipes. Not to keen on this product to compare it to others thats why only 4 stars. I will say it is a tiny amount although I did know the quantity i expected it to be a little more.

Making my own baking powder
I can't seem to find baking powder without aluminum. Even if it says "no added aluminum" it has some in it. Make your own cheaper. One part baking soda, one part cornstarch, two parts cream of tartar. (1 TB baking soda, 1 TB corn starch, 2 TB cream of tartar.) Also good to stabilize beaten egg whites when I make my "famous" crunchy granola. Keeps meringue from falling too, of course.

Great for Adrenal fatigue!
This is great quality and good for the adrenal fatigue formula. 1/4 tsp cream of tartar, 6oz glass of orange juice, and pinch of salt.Warning: If you are super sensitive to sulfites, which is what's in wine, I would steer clear though because they can cause side effects.
