4 Stars but...
First the 4 stars is the complete review, 5 stars for the bed minus 1 to either UPS or packing at shipping area. The bed came and when moved in the box it sounded like broken glass. Upon opening "every" single tie down strap was broken. The legs, brackets and even the motors were scattered all over inside the box. Went ahead and assembled "fingers crossed" after a basically simple process the bed was tested. Despite the abuse of packing and or shipping the bed was fantastic. Sturdy will built, good range for head and legs and super quiet. Would recommend for tall big anytime.

great, the first one was a bit hard to ...
I bought two of them Twin XL, to make a Cal King, works, great, the first one was a bit hard to put together. But once one was put together the other was a simple, I had to disconnect the sincere on one of them it had a mind of its own, which I have that one, I gave the other one that the sencers work on they are just so if something gets inbetween it automatically goes up.
