4 Pack Animal Duck Diaper Safety Pins

The description clearly states 4 packs of 4 pins, 16 pins total. they sent me only a single pack with 4 pins. Ordered these for a family member throwing a baby shower. These pins were going to be used in one of the events. 4 is not going to cut it, Needed the 16. And even if they could fix the order it is too late at this point unless they got it to me over night.This happened to someone else on here so seems to be a common issue. I would suggest the seller change the description of the item or have all these prepackaged in sets of 4 stapled together or in a bag so someone packing boxes can not screw up again.Not worth the trouble of sending back.Gave 3 stars because not fare to one star a quality item because of the seller or shipper screwed up the details.The item itself is nice and good quality.Will not be buying from this seller again, mainly because a past buyer review stated the same problem and it since has not been corrected and now I and I am sure others are still getting inconvenienced.I do not need seller to tell me they are sorry and will send me the rest of the pins, I can't use them now, don't want them, Just fix the issue for your future buyers.

CAUTION: You'll probably only get one card of 4 pins - rather than what it says "4 packs=16 pins"!!! The pins seem fine. I was thankful to find diaper pins on Amazon because they are not readily available. HOWEVER....they were only being used to adorn a baby shower gift.....But.. because the order was not filled correctly, having to be re-sent 3 times, the shower gift didn't arrive in time for the shower! It was a simple thing - or so you would think! But 3 times I received one pack of pins! Customer service at Amazon, however, was great. They were VERY helpful...but somehow someone can't read or count, so they made work for customer service, who sent more pins out the second, third, and, yes, fourth time!! The last order was for other pins - not that these aren't nice....I just wanted to get what I ordered! Thanks Amazon!

As this listing is called "4 Pack Animal Duck Diaper Safety Pins" I took that to mean I as getting 4 packs of the pins, not 4 pins. The price was fat too high for just 4 of these not very high quality pins. Buyer beware. This is one of the rare times I've been highly disappointed by an Amazon purchase.

there were options for pin colors. Should be a place to pick what colors you want, I needed boy colors, and I got pink. No option anywhere to pick colors, so consequently, I couldn't use some of the pins.

The descriptions says 4 packs for a total of 16 pins but I ONLY got 1 pack for a total of 4 pins!!!

The diaper pins are just what they should be. There is a safety catch inside the cute duck. It is a sturdy duck and the metal pin part is not flimsy. I use them to make Diaper cakes, but when I raised my kids (in the 80's), I used "real" diapers with pins, and this product meets a good quality rating from me for baby safety. The seller has options for colors, and they contacted me immediately to ask my preference, and then shipped them that same day. I am happy I found this seller and these pins.

I ordered the '4 Pack Animal Duck Diaper Safety Pins'. The description clearly said "4 pins per pack = 16 Total Pins." I bought this product along with two other items. When I opened the Amazon box I only received one pack! Since it was just a small Amazon box I looked inside again to make sure it's not covered by any wrappings but nope, I just got one pack and thus, four pins instead of the 16 pins stated in the product description. I called Amazon and they will give me a store credit and a return shipping label.
