Good quality!
My favorite knee pads for indoor volleyball! I’m an adult lady, about average size legs and I feel like these fit my legs pretty good! They don’t slide down and they are super easy to wash- just throw them in the washer! I don’t feel like these are too bulky where you feel like you can’t move around, but they definitely have saved my knees from bruises and rashes! Good quality!

READ HERE HONEST REVIEW
Theses are not even a good deal. THIS IS THE GREATEST DEAL EVER . There good so good. Literally no knee pain. The color is black and white the white is a little bit smudged. It doesn't slip when you dive for a ball . Protect Really Well

Good for Light Play, But Wear Down Fast with Intense Use
I really like these Nike Essentials knee pads, they’re comfortable, fit well, and offer solid protection when you first start using them. For regular play or practice, they work great and stay in place without slipping. However, if you’re the type of player who dives or throws yourself around a lot to save the ball (like I do), the padding can wear down pretty fast. After a while, they start to burn through and stop protecting your knees as well, which isn't ideal especially when you’re still in the middle of the season. That means I end up having to buy a new pair sooner than I’d like. Overall, they’re good quality for light to moderate use, but not the most durable if you play hard and often.

These are great knee pads
Bought these to replace my daughter’s worn out knee pads. She says they are fully padded and stay where they are suppose to. They look like most any knee pads but they fully protect her knees like they should. Her legs are a bit bigger but she says they have stretch to them, so it’s all good.

Excellent Protection and Comfort!
I bought these volleyball knee pads for my daughter who plays on her school team, and they’ve been fantastic! The cushioning is thick enough to provide great shock absorption during dives and falls, but still flexible so she can move freely. She says they don’t slip down during games, which was a big problem with her last pair. The material is breathable and doesn’t get too sweaty even after long practice sessions. They’ve held up really well through multiple washes too—no fraying or shrinking. Highly recommend these for any level of play, from beginners to competitive athletes!

Tourniquet tight!
I first tried the medium/large pair and it felt like a tourniquet. Bought the biggest size they have and they're BARELY any bigger. I have chunky thighs and they roll so aggressively that it left marks on my skin. The padding is solid, but if you are someone who can't wear thigh highsvor garters because the skin on your legs is too soft, you might struggle with these. I really wish the sizing had a more appropriate difference, cause now it feels like 2 pairs are wasted.I'm 160/165, 5'3", I have lost over 120 lbs so I have some extra loose Skin but I've always noticed my thighs would bubble more out of garters or thigh highs, if you have a similar situation, I'd avoid these.
