I love the fit since this belt it allow me to go into 13 feet fof water (deep end of the pool) with the confidence that i will be safe. Also i don't know how to swim.

Awesome! I use in my 8 year old son who has autism. He loves the pool so much and now I can feel a bit safer while he is wearing this. Gives him the freedom to swim/learn how to swim.

I bought the high density because I am a large person. But the thing nearly drowned me. It wouldn't stay around my waist, kept slipping up, no matter how tight I made the belt. The product was made well, just didn't function as I thought it would.

Had to return as the belt didn’t stay fastened when you had it at the tightness it needs to be for deep water exercise, the edges of the belt also ‘dug’ into ribs as the edges of it aren’t rounded off.

This swim belt rides up. It does not stay put at the waist. Tightened as much as possible and even put knots in to tighten further. Clip snaps out on its own. This belt should fit snuggly around the waist. Disappointed

I ordered this 3 times because I thought it was a mistake since it arrived folded in half and not in a box as shown. Product image shows belt to be in a C shape and not folded in half into a V shape which affects the center of the belt. It seems to wrap around the body ok but it also seems as though it would probably be a better fit if it was gently curved to wrap around the waist as shown. The buckle is strong and almost difficult to open but the straps can sometimes loosen up so I wrap the excess around itself to lock it in place. The float is good and for the price it’s a decent product. I just don’t like the false advertising of the image shape and the lack of a box and no explanation why.

I use this floatation belt almost everyday to do deep water aerobics. Yes it rides up, but if you’ve ever used a floatation belt, most of them do. This one is easy to adjust in and out of the water. Very high quality foam, belt, and fastener.

I love to snorkel. Unfortunately, due to a mild medical condition, I am no longer a “strong” swimmer. I can still swim, just not like I used to. While snorkeling in Hawaii, they had “belly bands” available to swimmers who weren’t completely comfortable in the water. I LOVED it. I was able to venture further from the boat with the added reassurance of the belly band. When we went to Key West recently, our boat captain had never heard of a “belly band” and only had pool noodles for that little extra piece of mind. I tried it one day with the pool noodle and it was not the same!! I also tried snorkeling with a life jacket and it was TERRIBLE!! It kept wrapping around my neck. I went back to the hotel and ordered this band and had it delivered the next day. I. Loved. It!! I was able to snorkel comfortably and have the added reassurance that this device offered. I would HIGHLY recommend this to “average” or “older” swimmers like myself. Those who need just a little peace of mind when out in the middle of the ocean. I would NOT recommend this to people who cannot swim. It is NOT an approved safety device for non swimmers!! It made the remainder of my snorkeling trip amazing!! Can’t wait until our next trip!!
