It froths water and coffee. Anything more than that and it has a melt down and stops working. I tried it with hot chocolate and warm milk and it threw a wobbler and died. My partner changed the batteries and it seemed to work ok but after 10 seconds it caught the side of the jug and stopped working. I had to clean it under hot soapy water before it started again. It’s powerful when it gets going, but I’ve stopped drinking ice coffee now because it was knocking me sick, so my frother is having a winter holibobs in the drawer next to the bbq kebab sticks.

Item arrived quickly but became fault after using it for less than five minutes in total. The lifetime guarantee is a farce. I had tried new batteries but they too worked intermittently. I'm returning for a refund. Don't bother buying from this brand. Cheap and unreliable. Save yourselves the effort and buy elsewhere.

Just the job for the odd cup off coffee

The listing clearly states it comes with a stand (and batteries). It doesn’t. As it doesn’t have a flat base you can’t stand it up…if, like me, you’re thinking of choosing this one over the 100’s of others because you want to stand it next to your coffee machine. Don’t!The average price point is around £5 without a stand. £7-8 with. So this is over priced too.Given 3 stars because it does what it’s supposed to.I learnt my lesson to read reviews! I saw 70k+ and assumed it must be as sold. I suppose if you want to keep it in a drawer it’s good. But change the listing for the rest of us!

This was to replace my old whiskIt arrived very quickly so thank youIt was good value for money as it was one of the cheapest hence no batteries includedIt performs really well whisks very fast milk green tea chocolate etc… you can use it for a multi purpose of drinks which taste better as it froths the milk really well for cappuccinos or lattes.The button on the top just keep pressed down to work so there’s no on/off switch.Very easy to clean just rinse in warm soapy waterVery versatile to store in a draw doesn’t take up much room but if your looking for one with a stand in a cupboard or on work surface not this one.

Very light whisk which does the job nicely. Lovely frothy milk in just a few seconds. Good price too.
