RockShox Zeb Fender

If you have a Rockshox front fork then this is a no brainer. Make sure of compatibility first but once confirmed this little mud guard is well worth the money. very easy install with the included 3 screws and fits perfectly.If like me you hate the fitment of guards using cable ties (Zip ties) then this is right up your street.

Looks really neat with a ZEB and blocks a suprising amount of mud despite the short fender.

Mudguard itself looks sturdy and looks great. Imagine it would look great on the forks and be a useful guard. Only issue is it did not come with any bolts to secure it to the fork, so basically useless. For the money you would assume fittings would come with it, and disappointing it didn't as its useless to me at present. Will change my review if i ever get the bolts to actually test the mudguard. I have sent a message to the supplier who has asked for pictures of what i have and have not received. Find it hilarious they need photos to prove i missing 3 bolts? but hey ho. will respond and await outcome. UPDATE New bolts being issued and will get fitted. Great Customer service so happy to re-evaluate my review. Thanks

I purchased this for a Zeb fork, as per many other reviews, fitting was a nightmare. I spent over two hours simply trying to screw three screws in, almost destroying the threads on the fork in the process.The issue isn't so much that the fender does not fit the fork, it is that the screws provided with the fender are not long enough, so you can't line the three of them up together to screw them in.I purchased some M3 x 15 screws (search amazon for "B00SN3SUWQ"), these are a much better length allowing me to then attach the fender in minutes, it now fits perfectly.It's a pain having to buy additional screws for it to fit, however I'd still rather do that than have a velcroed on alternative, this looks so much cleaner.

was a little concerned it might be tricky to fit after reading some reviews, but it fit just fine...it does come with the 3 dome head Allen bolts to fasten it on, looks like it will do a good job of protecting the fork and will hopefully protect me a little bit too , take the edge off the worst of the spray...my tips for installation are;-1, make sure bolts screw in all holes first2, put a little bit of grease on each of the bolt holes3, starting on the middle one, just screw the bolt in enough know its started screwing in, then move on to the side ones, just start them off until all 3 are in postion4, tighten em all up after they're all in and your good to go.hope that helps.

I was looking for a more permanent small front mudguard for my MTB, as I live in Wales and it's always wet and muddy. This Rockshox one looked the best of the lot, but I have SR SUNTOUR forks!I thought, it's made of plastic I'm sure I can make it fit and I did.Using a 6mm drill bit, some sandpaper and an M6 X 18mm Calliper Bolt.There is only one hole in the centre of the Suntour forks but it's an M6 thread, much sturdier than the three little screws that come with the mudguard. I enlarged the middle hole using the 6mm drill bit. Sanded down past the other two holes, following the contour of the mudguard and attached using the M6 calliper bolt to 4NM/35Inch lbs.Tested and it does exactly what I want it to, much less spray and mud in the face.

Ich habe lange überlegt ob ich mir wie sonst auch die Standard Mud guards montiere. Aber das Gefummel mit den Kabelbindern wo sich dann über die Zeit langsam aber sicher der Lack abschleift weil sich dier Dreck sammelt war es mir dann den Versuch der originalen SRAM "Bleche" wert.Und ich bin begeistert, sieht super aus, hält perfekt und tut was es soll. Ich werde mir die hintere Version auch noch zulegen!
