I am so happy with this ceiling lamp! It’s absolutely beautiful and arrived in pristine condition, scratch-free. Assembly was a breeze, and I appreciated that the bulbs were included, which saved me an extra trip to the store.The shade of gold is perfect—elegant and not brassy—which was my biggest concern when ordering since I’ve had to return other products in the past due to disappointing colors. This one exceeded my expectations!The packaging was excellent, keeping the lamp safe during transit. This is a beautiful light fixture! It works well and the company has fantastic customer service. We put this up ourselves as we do all our light fixtures so if you’re used to that sort of thing, it was pretty easy.My order came with all the globes well wrapped and everything intact. I had been very nervous about that since those globes are so fragile and delivery people are usually not careful with packages even if they’re marked fragile.When we started putting it together, one of the arms wouldn’t connect because the threads were stripped so it wouldn’t screw into the body of the fixture. No problem, there was contact info in the package for the company if there was a problem. I followed the instructions and contacted them and got a response pretty quickly. They sent me a replacement pretty quickly. The shipping (international) did take a while, but I was okay with waiting as I did not want the hassle of trying to pack up that fixture again and do an Amazon return. When it did get here, it was actually a different fixture body than the one I had. Again, I just contacted them through the email chain we already had going to let them know. There was some slight confusion and it took some pictures from me to help clear it up, but once they understood what I needed they were quick to fix it. They sent out yet another fixture, pretty quickly as well. This was the correct one and we installed it and it looks fantastic.I used different bulbs than what came with it. I like the ones that we found at the big orange home improvement store. They’re small and round and IMO look nicer.

I was not sure if the quality when we ordered the product, however it arrived on time, was very well and safely packaged. Also it is exactly as shown in the pictures. The gold color is high quality and so is the glass of the globes. It was little tricky to install it but not because the assembling was complicated but our ceilings are exceptionally high which made it difficult to install the lamps. Through customer support I contacted the merchant and asked if they could send some parts. They responded within few hours and shipped the parts. I’m glad that I found this merchant and ordered from them. Later I ordered 3 more pendant lamps for other rooms in my home. Highly recommend the vendor.

Beautiful mid century modern light! FYI- the bulbs didn’t work with my dimmer so I had to purchase dimmable lightbulbs. Also, the bulbs that came with the chandelier are bright white, not warm at all for my preference.My husband installed it and initially was difficult but he made it work.I like the packaging and the gloves that came with it.Overall, I love the way it looks!

Perfect for the dining room or the stairwell (well lit). I didnt use the included bulbs as they are a little warm/yellow and they made the blue look a little brown but definitely a great bargain for what we used them for.
