Like other people experienced, the faucet head that came with my wonderful faucet was great for a while but then the spray button started sticking and had to be pried out in order to produce a stream of water. I had soaked it in vinegar a couple of times, which did fix the problem - until this last third time, when it didn't. After fighting with it for too long, I looked for a replacement. I could not find one in that brand. After reading the reviews on this one, I ordered it. I am very, very pleased with it. It is heavier than the one I replaced, due no doubt to the fact that it is made of metal, not plastic. It operates slightly differently but I adjusted to that quickly. Installing it was not a problem. It took a couple of tries to find the correct adapter and the correct o-rings but that only took a few short minutes. It works so well. I have high expectations for it to continue doing so, partly based on it being made of metal and feeling so very solid. But, just in case, I have now ordered 2 more as backups since I live in the country and am on a well. My water is so full of minerals that it has historically clogged everything up eventually. Now I am well set for a long time and feel really good about it. I have no hesitation in recommending this faucet head. It costs a little bit more than many others that are on Amazon but not much - and I believe this is a case of "you get what you pay for."

I been using this real metal faucet for 6 months. I have to say that I'm very pleased with it. It works as expected and has not broken. I guess it will last many years before it does. It's a great product. It was not easy to find it on Amazon bc most the faucet are plastic that look like metal.

We bought this to replace the faucet head from another faucet we bought off Amazon 6 years ago that was not working so well anymore and the button for the spray option was broken. It’s like a new faucet for a fraction of the price! Good water pressure, less than 5 min to install, lots of adapters to fit any faucet. If it holds up even for a few years it’s definitely with the slightly higher price than other replacement faucet heads on amazing.

I bought this to replace an IKEA faucet nozzle. I was not sure which IKEA faucet I have, or who made it, so we took a shot on this one. It is a “close enough” replacement, a little shorter than the original but with the same function and look. The nozzle was easy to replace, and was a direct replacement without the need to use any adaptors to make it fit. The only thing it did not have was the large plastic washer that fire between the hose and the nozzle. There was not one in the box, but I did see mention made of it in the instructions. I ended up pulling the one off the original nozzle to make this new one work. Once installed, it looks original and operates the same as the OEM one did, save for the leaks. I would buy this again.

comes with literally everything you need no matter what sink you’re putting it on, super easy install with no tools and no leakage. came with like 15 adapters which is amazing when you don’t know which size sink you have. water pressure improved as well! the spray is great for doing dishes

We recently moved into a new house and the sink was a rather expensive model, but the nozzle didn’t work well and kept spraying everywhere. we really didn’t want to have to replace the whole thing, so we decided to give these a shot. SO EASY! Received it and it took about 5 min to unscrew the old one and screw on the new one. Matches the faucet perfectly & works amazing!

Everything was ripped open and pieces everywhere. Quality Assurance was not in this package. It looked liked someone opened everything and left it in pieces

The main reason I purchased it was to replace my bidet sprayer wand with this faucet head. The soft water is really nice in comparison with the fast water you get from a standard bidet sprayer.Cons,So far none, no corrosion or rusting and I bought my first one many months ago.
