Less viscous than most gels
I enjoy using these compared to the GU gels because it doesn’t upset the stomach nearly as bad, and I enjoy the flavors way more.

Bulky, not much taste
It seems to get these gels to be less viscous they increased the volume while decreasing the sugar. They weren't the easiest to open during a run either. It's pretty big and bulky for not much sugar.

Improvement over gels
This is an improvement over gels. It is somewhere between applesauce and apple juice in consistency. This means you drink it and it doesn't require a follow on drink of water to make it go down - or to get rid of "that" taste you have left over.The flavors are pretty good - but that is subjective. I like them. Nice to have a multi pack to try them out.

Great supplements when running
Most paste supplements used in marathon training are very thick. This one is more water based and the texture is easier to get down while moving. I enjoy all flowers that come in the pack. Definitely recommend this product.

Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting. Idk if something was wrong with my box but they were clumpy and not smooth at all. I gagged trying to swallow it. The black currant flavor was atrocious. Never again.

5 Stars for Me
I give it all 5 stars since I have not tried this yet as I frequently see this brand from watching the grand bike tour races on TV as well as endorsed by GCN. I do long solo rides and have tried other brands which worked for me where I don't bonk near the end of my ride. I am looking forward to try this when doing a long ride on my smart trainer. It is unfortunate that this brand is not available from the local sports/bike shops in Ottawa, Ontario thus, Amazon became a channel for me. I am now ready for the long road ahead when warmer weather sets in.
