It fits and seals
I have the Nutribullet RX NB-301 and this gasket looks exactly like the old one. If you install it correctly it seals like new. I read prior reviews and I was worried it would not seal or would be thinner, but no problems, so either they fixed the design, or prior reviewers didn't put it on correctly.

Does not fit, too thin, massive leaks
These are not thick enough for the Nutribullet Rx. Nearly half as thick as the original. Allows fluid to escape during mixing, no matter how many times you try to re-fit. Just not thick enough.

Looks too small but it fit.
Looked like it was too small but it has to be stretched 1/4" to fit.
