Unbelievably soft yarn!
FTR, I prefer natural yarns to novelty, but I have to admit that this yarn is crazy soft and perfect for a baby blanket. I'm pretty sure it's bulky weight (size 5), I'm using 10-1/2 size bamboo knitting needles. I haven't had any problems with splitting, but it's not the easiest yarn to knit either. I'm doing a straight stitch and it's thick and just so soft! The two colors are bought are true to the picture.Know when you order that the yarn is coming from China, so it's going to take some time to get to the States. It's well packed, but there is no documentation provided on content, weight, yardage, etc., just well-spun balls of yarn.I'm making a baby blanket for a gift, so I can't comment on the durability of the product. I'll be advising my niece to hand wash and dry on the lowest dryer setting - I hope that will be good enough care for it.

Bernat Pipsqueak Substitute
Super soft and a lot easier to work with than other "fluffy" yarns. I bought this because I was looking for a bernat pipsqueak type yarn in black and grey. This was perfect. Only downside is the shipping time, so if your not sure if you will need more make sure you get extra!

LOVE THIS YARN, WANT LARGER SKEINS PLEASE
I have grown to absolutely love this yarn. It's soft wonderful to work with. I wish they would make larger skeins!! I've made many hats, scarfs and small blankets (for our dogs and cats) no grand babies yet. I LOVE THIS YARN! MAKE LARGER SKEINS PLEASE. I would recommend it especially for babies it's so beautifully soft. My 4 legged babies are quite possessive over their blankets, my little chahuahua dog drags his around at times, when the weather is warmer he throws it out of his bed.

nice but small
very nice yarn, very soft, good for crafts. It's kind of small; for my project which was the cover for the toy box (29inchx19inch) it took three of them to make.

2 Experiences - 1 Good, 1 Not So Good
We made 2 blankets with the Celine Lin orange yarn on a white background (one UF and one Clemson-themed baby blanket for sheepdreamzzz.org). First one was fine. On the second one (different skein and almost definitely a different dye lot) the knitter showed me the orange dye coming off on her fingers. When we washed the blanket (cold water) it bled onto various parts of the blanket. Bleeding is a problem but I'm also wondering about the dye itself as it could come off on a baby as well. Will post this also in Q&A.

SOFT, COZY, AND EASY TO WORK WITH
The seller is amazing. Bends over backward to make sure all questions are answered and all needs are fulfilled. The yarn is beautiful! The colors are vibrant and it crochets up well. I like it so much I order 55 additional skeins.
