Be sure to lower the handles before attempting to fit the walker in the travel bag 🙂. After that, even the wider walker fits perfectly. I wish it were included with the walker purchase.

This is a great fit for the rollator and makes my life so much easier for transporting and checking; easy to pack. However, the bag takes up too much room when folded up. Has anyone tried removing the liner/padding? I had to mar this beautiful item, but once we arrive at our destination and are using the rollator, the storage bag takes up ½ my suitcase!!

This protective custom-made bag for the ByACRE rollator is excellent, really protects and makes carrying possible. It took us a while to figure out how to get the rollator into the bag, however. I ended up phoning the distributor and luckily a very helpful woman worked with me over the phone. I never knew that I could be so challenged, and my husband was equally mystified. BUT PERSEVERE if it seems hard; once you understand, you'll find the logic and it will be easy. This is the only way to protect the gorgeous ByACRE rollator. Next to it, all other rollators look industrial (and not in a good way). Both the rollator and the bag are good investments. I have secondary progressive MS, and this rollator plus my AFO allow me to move around as safely as possible.

So useful in our many flights. Fits very well and made it easy to check with the airlines.

Could not get rollator into bag. Maybe Superman could do it; but I cannot make it work.

I was very disappointed after the first use. Took roller to the gate and placed roller in carrying bag. They checked the bag at the gate. Upon arriving, when the roller in the bag was brought to me, the bag had a tear where the handles are located. Good concept, but would expect the quality of the fabric to hold up especially if the product is marketed for "travel".

Fits perfectly - we bought it for stowed luggage for air travel. As expected, it does not fit in the overhead

Make it as part of the main product AND NOT an accessory to buy separate from the rollator
