Bejeweled 2 with Peggle

the game works great.. in good condition. the even sent it a few days earlier.. which is great and rarely happens., with amazon. the company sent me a letter with the game saying the checked it for working well. i appreciate all the effort they made here... good company great works guys. thanks much. they asked me to review here.. which i do anyways.. thumbs up.

I LOVE Bejeweled 2. It is fun in any of the options offered. Unfortunately if I close the game (disk in or not), the next time I try to open it I get an error message and cannot open it again. The only way to play again is to uninstall, including deleting all previous data, and reinstall. That means starting everything from the beginning again. So I keep it open/minimized all the time.....unless an update needs to restart my computer.....then I need to uninstall and reinstall and start from the beginning. Peggle does not seem to have the same problem. I would recommend not buying this particular disk of Bejeweled.....but DO get the game....it is my go-to game to take some time off.

at first when I installed the games and tried to play it was sooooo slow and i didn't go back to it for awhile. I talked to my son, who is better with computers than I to get some Ideas. He had me go on line to see if others were haveing issues, couldn't find much in way of solutions but I came across someone stating to change the games options for the individual games. I deselected the hardware accelerator for bejeweled 2 and 3D acceleration on Peggle, worked perfectly for both. They are very fun games and very addictive.

I ordered Bejeweled with Peggle for the family and all have fallen in love with Bejeweled. Unfortunately, Peggle wasn't our cup of tea but Bejeweled 2 is so addictive! As mentioned in other reviews, I too had issues with installing the games on Windows Vista. I did not need to contact customer support but it took a long time and several restarts before installing. However, it installed perfectly on my Windows 7 laptop. A great set of games for killing time!

I am not much of a "gamester" so these were great for me to use to relax (especially the ones with no timers!). Please note that you may have to contact PopCap Games regarding Bejeweled because your scores may not be recorded initially and/or the "high score" list may be wiped out, but the people there are very helpful with respect to any updates you may need. (There is a game unlocked when you reach a certain level.)

I originally wanted to get Peggle for my grandson (who loves playing it on long drives in the car), but I got it with Bejeweled 2 (which I just love to play).Then I played Peggle and enjoyed the challenge games, so I bought one for me. I am NOT a game player, but these two games are fun and a great way to relax for a few minutes (you just have to be careful it doesn't turn into a few hours).

For such a simple game, this is a lot of fun to play. You have to be careful not to lose track of time because you build points quickly, and you won't want to stop. It's an easy game, but not too easy, that you won't enjoy playing.

love the bejeweled game but it occasionally freezes up or blurred so you can't see the jewels to continue to play or even exit out of the game. Peggle is OK for a 4 year old definitely not an adult game.

Two great and iconic PC games at a stellar price. It is difficult to find the original PopCap games such as Peggle in disc form anymore, thankfully there are still sellers who carry them. These games are addicting once you've started playing them, and are especially great as a way to pass the time. If you are looking for some games for grandparents or people who enjoy simple yet very engaging games, then this is the perfect place to start.While your mileage may vary, the product which I received was the "PopCap Greatest Hits" collection and contained 3 games rather than only the 2 listed. This copy includes Bejeweled 2, Peggle, and Zuma; all of which are great games. I have installed and ran all of these games on Windows 7 Professional 64bit with no issues at all without any modifications needed.Well worth the money.
