This is truly the complete vitamin. I can feel the difference since I started to take this vitamin. I do not fatigue through the day & my sleep is much better. I feel good.

I’ve been taking this for about 4 months now and this is the healthiest my body and my mind has ever been. I take 2 capsules in the morning. They support energy and metabolism. They help tremendously with cognitive functions. My skin has never looked better!

Has a strong odor, but if you take before eating they work best.. for me at least. Feeling more energy and as a 40 year old, master mechanic.. I should have started these vitamins 5 years ago. If your reading this.. these pills are worth the money.

Funky smell that smells like urine I was not sure if I wanted to take them until I read another view talking about the smell I just started taking them and have not yet noticed any difference in energy
