Extremely Disappointed with the Quality and Not Expected from Happilo

I have been a regular buyer of dry fruits from Happilo for a while now and never faced any quality issues - until this recent purchase of 1 kg of almonds. Unfortunately, the quality this time was shockingly bad.This was meant for my elderly parents, and unfortunately, the quality of the almonds in this batch is unacceptable. As seen in the attached photo, many are discoloured, spotted, and have an odd texture after soaking - not what you’d expect from premium-quality almonds. Some are so poor in quality that they can't even be consumed safely, especially by seniors who are sensitive to such things.What makes it worse is that I specifically chose Happilo over cheaper options for the sake of reliability. This has not only wasted money but also caused distress as my parents rely on good-quality dry fruits for their nutrition.Happilo has built a reputation for quality, but this batch was far below standard. I hope this is a one-off issue and not a sign of declining quality. I would urge the brand to look into this seriously and improve quality control. Buyers beware-check your product carefully on delivery.
