The best customer service
This is a great small family grocery. Our first shipment arrived hot and melted. They responded right away with the offer of sending a replacement. When we received the replacement my daughter was so happy to have cheese again. Great customer service great grocery.

These are ridiculously overpriced.
I finally found some lactose free American cheese. I love it. The only problem is that they are ridiculously overpriced. Not even close to a reasonable price. Sadly I’m forced to buy these as I can’t find this in any local grocery store.

Very lactose intolerant, no problem with this cheese
Hard cheeses that are supposed to be virtually lactose free still give me problems. This cheese doesn't.

aged cheese like aged cheddar have little lactose in them
Absolutely delicious, and this very lactose-intolerant lady can eat one slice of this cheese every day without any problems. I don't know how they "get the lactose out" (hard, aged cheese like aged cheddar have little lactose in them, but soft American-type cheeses usually have a lot of lactose), but whatever they do, it works! Thanks Borden for continuing to make this product!
