What can I say? If what "they" say is in here then it's a great product. I chose this particular brand because I Googled "the best B Complex" and this was at the top of the list and on Amazon, so I bought it. I see no reason why I wouldn't repurchase this vitamin.Let me say this; they are reasonably sized and odorless.

BEWARE! Product is from an MLM
Bought these vitamins a couple months ago due to being vegetarian, and I wanted to make sure I was getting all my B’s. Within a couple weeks, I started feeling weird and off, and initially I didn’t think about these having anything to do with it. Once I started going through a process of elimination as far as lifestyle choices go, it came down to this product. I looked closer and they are made by Amway…a crooked multi-level marketing company that has been through many lawsuits regarding product safety. STAY AWAY!
