Q: Does this product require any special tools to mix or apply? How are the two components mixed? Thanks.

The components are mixed in the nozzles attached(one spare). The cartridge requires a caulking gun to dispense. It is easier to dispense with a high thrust caulk gun.

Q: Will this work for gluing the tiles that have fallen off in my pool? website says country of origin is china but picture show manufactured in usa?

Anything that I am ever attempted to glue back together with this stuff is still holding strong to this day. Best adhesive I've ever tried hands down!
