Bought the XL for my son who is clearly packing a brain & a half, and has a mass of tight curly hair. He doesn't normally wear hats but we needed one to protect his face on the water.When it arrived I was concerned because the size on the label didn't appear to tally with what I'd ordered (it says 62cm, not XL) but in fairness it fits and there's plenty left over. The adjustable strap stows neatly under the hat via an eyelet, and the tensioner/buckle seems sturdy enough to not slip. Fabric appears water resistant so far and it's nicely made.

I have a big head! I have always struggled to find hats to fit, mainly for sun shade. Its especially difficult to find a baseball cap to fit even though they have a buckle as the back. This is the first baseball cap I have found that fits snugly and securely. Recommended to all fellow big heads.

As a big head I’m used to finding hat shopping a challenge. It’s made even more difficult by product descriptions that make false claims about the size just to get a sale.Apparently this hat will fit up to 65cm. The fact that it just says 62cm on the label was my first clue that the higher figure was unlikely to be true.My second clue was that on my head it looked like a pea on a drum and additionally started to inhibit the flow of blood to my brain. Before I was rendered unconscious I managed to remove the ligature cap and started to recover.Joking aside: this isn’t for genuinely large heads as it lacks the circumference to fit. In addition it is also far too shallow: I’ve tried more than a few large hats over the years and as with all the other shoddy products I’ve encountered this has been made slightly larger than the standard cap to sell to those with big heads.That fact that it’s not really that much bigger is annoying but understandable. The manufacturer has been asked to make a larger hat. They’ve done just that and increased the circumference and not the depth, and thereby the volume, by an adequate amount to accommodate a big head. In consequence it sits atop the head with a gap of several cms between the cap and the lugs.Of course I’m an outlier with this massive noggin. I also have giant feet. I don’t expect manufacturers or retailers to stock their full range in my size. That would be uneconomical and silly.What I do expect however is for the product to actually perform the task as advertised.Look elsewhere if you’re a proper big head.

A great fitting hat where I normally struggle to find hats that aren't either too tight, or on the last millimetre of adjustment to fit.This one is very lightweight and packable, comfortable with a nice curved brim. haven't tried to much in the rain yet but seems to do the trick!

Fits my large noggin perfectly, and it’s really comfortable. The strap is easy to adjust to your liking and stays in plays.What I love about this hat is how it doesn’t have any sweat stains after a few weeks of use. I shave my head so it also feels really good against my bald chrome lol!It fits great. Looks great. The quality is great. My only complaint is that I wish they had other colors, especially in white. I don’t plane on getting any other hat. Add the white and you got a customer for life
