I needed these for my father-in-law and couldn't find the XXL in stores. These are perfect because the look like underwear (not white like a diaper) so not embarrasing for him. He can also easily get them up and down. He like the fit even better than his regular underwear. The price was also good.

I’m so glad these are available. The XL are just a little tight and the XXL fit much better. The downside is these aren’t available offline anywhere. The price is good, I suppose. I also wish they made these in this size but without the heavy upfront padding. I use these for bowel irregularities and will often wear them backwards because they are uncomfortable with so much padding where I don’t need it. Of course they’re made with plenty of material in the back to cover your backside, but when worn backwards they don’t have that material in the right area anymore.When worn backwards they’re great for extra excretion and keep my bedsheets dry.
