Avoid Chinese Shun
I have the Japanese shun stones and they are great. This stone is slow to cut and a total disappointment. It’s the same quality as the $20 no name whet or water stone you can find here. I love shun knives. Value for the money, not in this instance. They aren’t completely trash just not worth the $60. Buy shapton or king at that price.
