It's a common question! No worries though, the Neuro Ball is made fairly tight so it doesn't come apart when your rolling with it. If you set it on the ground with the seam vertical, you can just step on it so it 'cracks' open.

I have edema, especially in the balls of my feet. Will the Neuro Ball address that problem?
