I have to admit I am a little crazy about minimizing added sugar in my kids' diet. I was researching about different types of vitamins and purchased several kinds of them to try and this is the best one I've found so far. Although it still has added sugar, it's low comparing to other products and I personally like the flavor and texture so both my hubby and myself are taking it every morning too. Recommend!
