The best thing to work for me that I have EVER tried! I've had IBS for years and I often have a huge bloated belly with old crap in there but this made me feel so much better and cleaner! Yes, drink lots of water and still eat fiber and exercise. Fair price too. I liked them so much, I even bought a second bottle!

It helps my hubby!
This supplement is perfect for my husband. It definitely improves his immune system which is very awesome because it helps him to be energized and free from illness. I would buy him again since it doesn't give him any undesirable effects. I would like to recommend this supplement to all.
