Even after daily use, they are good even after years use. Also, the set is complete to let you do stretching and exercise with these resistance bands and these bands are good for any age. It's like having a mini gymnasium for all in the house, from 12 years to 65 years. Happy to have this product and if I need more or need again, I would love to have the same brand.
