I’ve had an OXO apple slicer for many years and it finally gave it up so I needed a new one.This slicer is exactly the same.Very sturdy, very sharp (don’t touch the blades!) and easy to use

I bought this most recently as a replacement for one I had for years. It's easy to use, sturdy, and can handle when a piece of fruit is very firm. My mistake seems to have been putting it in the dishwasher every night over the course of years. This eventually broke down the material on the handle, which began to chip off. I will be hand washing this new one.

I hate cutting apples. This slicer works great. Easy to use.
