Very pleased with this pillow!! At first I was skeptical but I'm very glad I gave it a try. I usually neck pain when sleeping and have been trying to find a pillow that allows me to have a good night's rest. This pillow is very comfortable but not too soft where there is no support. It seems to provide more than sufficient support for my neck without propping my head up too high. I think the best part of the pillow is the way it contours to my neck and head. I'm honestly impressed. I woke up today feeling great! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Just received this pillow yesterday and used it last night. I was using one of those TV pillows (which shall remain nameless) that does not live up to the hype. Noticeable difference when you put the two side by side. I did throw this one in the dryer for a few minutes and it fluffed nicely. It comes shrink wrapped so needs so help getting to form. Held it's shape all night without being too firm. Cannot judge durability/lasting power so I can't give it five stars.Update: After a few days...it does go flat. I put it in the dryer again and it fluffed back up.

I purchased this pillow for a family member to try to bring sleep comfort since he has cervical spinal stenosis and he did not want a cervical pillow. He told me it's a comfortable pillow with no chemical smells. He said he let the pillow sit for a day and then placed it in the dryer on medium-low to fluff it up. He felt that he needed to order more filling to suit his comfort of medium firmness. This is the reason he wanted a pillow you can adjust the firmness by adding or removing filling and be able can add more filling if the pillow flattens over time. He likes that it's queen size and flexible so he can easily adjust the shape of the pillow since he alternates between side sleeping and back sleeping. It's also nice that you can order more pillow filling directly from CustomSleeping. Note: I believe that if you use a semi-loose-fitting pillow protective cover and a semi-loose-fitting pillowcase, you may not have to clean the pillow as often which should help the pillow last longer but still be able to keep the pillow flexible enough to adjust to your sleep style. Before and after my purchase, I had contacted the company by clicking on the "sold by CustomSleeping" which takes you to a page where you can send an email asking questions. CustomSleeping replied within a day or so. I was impressed with CustomSleeping's customer service and I like the fact they are in the USA. I had spent time researching and reading a lot of reviews on different pillows, and hopefully, it has paid off in helping me find the perfect pillow within my price range.

Bought this pillow for my son. He says it is comfortable. It's softer than the ones I purchased by another brand for my husband and I which is good for us. The only reason this didn't get five stars from me is because there is no inner case holding the shredded foam. You can unzip it to remove foam to adjust it if need be but the foam being directly in the pillowcase there is no way to wash it unless you remove all the messy foam long enough to wash but that would be a mess. Comfortable pillow just no way to wash case.

I like this pillow. Like Goldilocks, I tried 4 different pillows trying to find one that was comfortable (not too high, not too flat) and returned the first 3 before this one. It works for both back and side sleeping and I do seem to sleep cooler with it. Feels really good when I'm on my side and wrap my arms around it. Not sure it's perfect, as I'd like my head to sink a little more into it, but I'm sleeping well with it.

First off, I purchased my first CustomSleeping Luxury bamboo pillow in Feb of 2017. I absolutely loved it from the first night! It started getting flat about 3 months ago. I tried contacting the company for more filling for it... it does have a zipper to open. I never could get good info from them. So I bite the bullet and ordered another one. I am highly disappointed!! It is not the same quality at all. This new one is flatter than the one I've slept on for over a year. I guess a pillow this expensive should last longer than a year anyway. Not sure how to package to send back but I'll figure it out. This product was definitely a let down after being so thrilled with my first one.

Not comfortable for a side sleeper: it traps my head and neck in a sunken flat spot in the middle of the pillow, just like a traditional memory foam pillow. The flat spot doesn't fluff up by itself. I wouldn't call it a down alternative because it's like sleeping on a sack of rolled up socks. I've tried fluffing it in a dryer, adjusting the amount of fill, and reaching inside to loosen up the fill with my hands. For me it needs the addition of fluffy polyester fibers, and I'm going to take some filling from another pillow and mix it in. I like that the pillow materials are responsibly sourced and that it's made in the US so it's worth trying to customize it.

I give it 2 stars because it was great at first. Soft and so comfortable. But very quickly it loses its bounce back and I unzipped it to stir up the foam and realized it’s not all memory foam, it’s a mix of foam and regular pillow fill. So it was great for about a month, now I can’t use it anymore, not comfortable.
