I have purchased three of these book sets, as they are handy for traveling, hospital, and anywhere one needs a bit to do. With the pencils and colouring book in one, I can grab one and put it in my bag or carry around in mobility walker and use whenever and wherever. I have to admit I was a bit disappointed with this Butterflies book.Quite a few of the pages are just a single butterfly in the center of the page ... with so much page leftover. It seems like some kind of simple background or border would have helped fill the page and add design appeal. There are also a number of extremely intricate designs -- far more difficult than I generally like to do. They are lovely, just very small details.Like the other books in this series, the book is square, with the designs on just one side of quality paper. The pages are "not" perforated. The twelve double sided pencils (24 colours) are usable, but barely (if you have ever used quality pencils).I just couldn’t take a liking to this book and instead will give it to a grandchild. I like other books in this series much better.

I am extremely happy I purchased this book. The pages are beautiful and easily tear out so you can frame them or place them in a scrapbook.I am disabled and so I spend a lot of time in the hospital and going to doctor appointments. This was the perfect set for me. It had everything in its little case.Having to be in the hospital is very upsetting, stressful and scary, an not to mention boring. This book helped me relax and kept my mind off of what was going on. The price was a tiny bit high for me,cause I only get an SSI check once a month, but it was worth it. I hope I'm able to purchase more book in this collection.I recommend this book to anyone who likes butterflies😀🦋

The designs in this book are a pretty mixed bag of very intricate with tiny spaces for coloring, to more simplified designs with larger spaces. The fact that they are printed on just one side of the page is very nice, and the paper is a good thickness. The set up with a board to slip behind the picture being colored is nice, although I found it more convenient to pull the picture out. The printing is a poor quality; the ink smears very easily, which makes the colors look muddy. I didn't buy this for the pencils, because I already have a quality set, but if I had, I would have been VERY disappointed. Like the cheap crayons they give kids at a restaurant, these pencils crumble if you put any significant pressure on them, so you frequently have to brush or blow the paper clear (and hope not to smear), and you still end up with random darker spots where you color; you also can't really do much shading.

The media could not be loaded.  These pencils are variable in colors and duel sided with a metal sharpener! They are very nice! I spent a lot of time using the strong color pencils keeping easily between the lines. And This has a butterfly coloring book that to my suggestion can be copied on a scanner and re done over though several accounts. You'll enjoy having these pencil colors with butterfly pics in this hard copy cover.

Great book for travel, pencils & sharpener included in the cover in a resealable protective case. It is a hardbound book so no need to ha e a hardsurface to color on the binding does the job! Some the the pictures are not the greatest but all in all a good purchase

I've always enjoyed coloring. I like butterflies. These coloring pages do rake tame if you are detailed oriented as there are small coloring areas on some pages. Only thing I don't like is that the pencils are two-sided.

Do you have a little artist in your home well I do and this was the perfect buy . It's so nice and made well and comes with tons of coloring sheets aimed for adults but great for your tweens who are out of the little coloring book stage.
