this is the second time I am giving these a try. The first time, I couldn't tell that they did anything, other than make my tongue tingle. I had the first one of these tonight - and went out to dinner. I didn't see that my appetite was decreased, but the night is when I have the most issues. So, if they help me get through the night without eating, I will be okay with them. update: no, they haven't helped.

The product does what it says it does BUT after ordering my second time I realized that some of the bags are EMPTY and honestly it feels like I'm getting RIPPED OFF! Considering the fact that these candies aren't cheap in the first place I don't expect to get cheated by being sold air!!!

I had to wonder how well this would work. One little candy that would shut up the hungry monster in my brain? Didn't think it possible but it worked. Can't say I'm crazy about the flavor but maybe that's part of the reason it works.

This tastes like weird chalky licorice on the outside and a tongue burning inside. Once the nausea of how gross the thing you just ate wears off (~15min) your cravings are right back. Super don't recommend to anyone.

I used this product to satisfy at the end of lunch and dinner when I would normally want dessert. They save calories and sugar bingeing and last pretty much until the next meal. They're also good at 3:00 in the afternoon when the snacking urge hits.

Saw this on shark tank and they were rude so I ordered it haven’t lost the ability to crave food maybe later. I like the citrus flavor very much.

These are the best!!! I can't understand why Shark Tank didn't make a deal...…...I'm so happy I was watching the show as now I'm finally on myway to being the way I want with no trouble at all!!!!!!!!!

They did not work at all. Sometimes I felt like they made me more hungry.
