C'était un cadeau pour la fête de mon mari. Il l'avait choisi et mis dans mon panier mais ne l'avait pas commandé, sûrement qu'il trouvait que c'était pas nécessaire pour cette année et qu'il pouvait attendre au printemps prochain. Alors lorsque j'ai vu cela, je n'ai pas hésité une seconde et je lui ai commandé. Le jour de son anniversaire lorsqu'il a ouvert son cadeau, il a été super surpris mais surtout très heureux car c'était justement celui-là qu'il voulait. Il m'a regardé et m'a dit comment tu as su et bien je lui ai répondu; c'est toi-même qui là mis dans mon panier. Il ne s'en souvenait plus, alors nous avons bien rien.

I had a Gen2 that I paid more for than this Gen3. I liked the Gen2, so this was pretty much an upgrade at a lower cost. This unit isn't much different than the Gen2 I am familiar with so that was the main factor other than the price in my decision to buy this one. The included transom mount unit has plenty of cable to reach most 30 foot or smaller boats and is super easy to mount. The head unit can be mounted in several configurations. Overall, a solid unit for the cost, the GPS and maps are easy for me to use and are fast and accurate. If you don't have deep pockets or a lot of mounting space, then this is a unit that you should seriously look at.
