This is great product, well worth the price and does what it is meant to do.I purchased one for my partner who uses it every day and raves about how good it is’ so much so I had a sneaky try and OMG it was that good I purchased one for myself, I was that impressed I asked my son if he wanted to try’ he was like no thanks why don’t you just do crunch’s’ or sit up’s’ hmmmm I gave him the look, he is now downstairs with one on his leg ‘yeah I’ll give it ago’, I think I might end up buying another one.‘Value for money’ that’s what I say. Unwrap, clip on power pack, peel off the gel protector (keep this to put back on to store) stick onto your skin and press the button to stimulate those muscles (read the instructions) hey presto work out done for the day. bought this item to burn fat and help shaping. have been using it for about a week now and it feels amazing, love how versatile it is as it can be used on multiple parts of the body, not just abdomen but arms and thighs. this device has many modes, all of which are very easy to use. in the box you you receive these gels like patches which are soft on the skin (which is important as i have sensitive skin) used for better conforming. the actual abs stimulator is very light and sleek, so can be worn under clothing without bulging. i will definitely be using this more over the next few months and see how it goes. but so far so good. the packaging was good and well protected
