Q: How are they doing on Ice and Snow please?

I would not wear these in snow and ice think your feet would get cold also not sure i would have confidence in there grip on snow and ice.

Q: Are they steel toe caps

No they don't have steel toecap. They are just a light weight boot that are ideal for summer months but not in construction

Q: Sole wears through less than month???

The soles are not very good and go very soft very quick

Q: Are these portal friendly, no steel toe caps?

No steel toe caps included, I find them very comfortable with an additional pair of shoe sole.
