claim to have good customer support is a lie.
contact them n they never respond. no directions and I've hooked up a few controllers in my time but can't get this one to work.

It does its job
It does its job. It seemed to get lost in the mail and took an extra week or so. It had no direction manual. All the wires were labeled in Chinese, I downloaded a translator app on my iPhone. After that my buddy and I were able to wire The E bike. Like I said it does its job just took a little extra work. I would give it a five if it had a manual and got here on time.
