Turns out that this neck pillow is just bigger around the back of the neck for me that the one I use to have, so it just okay. Otherwise it appears to be made really well.

Keeps the head from falling everywhere. The clip in the front is my favorite part. Easy to roll back up when you're done. Foam is easy to remove so you can wash the outside fabric. Fits well into a backpack or large purse for a flight. Good quality for the price. The memory foam is actually pretty comfortable and provides right amount of support for the most part. The fabric itself is soft it certainly doesn't get overly hot. It has great support, and is relatively portable.

Small, soft, comfortable. Used on airplane and while travelling on long bus rides in Mexico. Gets the job done! I bought one for my boyfriend as well and he loved it. It's nice it has a little hanging hook on it and the cover is easily removable to wash.

I bought this because I recently had the helix of my ear pierced and it is not good to sleep on the new piercing. Since it is on the side of my head that I most frequently sleep on I got this pillow to keep the pressure off the piercing. It works great for that. The pillow is great.

I like this neck pillow except it could stand to be more firm. It is comfortable but my head seems to compress it more than I'd like. The snap on the front works easily. It seems like it would be good for airline travel but I just use it for late night tv binging.

The pillow has a chemical smell and squeezes too tight. Either of these is enough to give me a headache but the two combined is awful. The listing says free returns, but since I don't have a UPS store nearby, it actually costs me $6 to return. 👎Update: after it was out of the packaging awhile, we were able to stretch it enough that it no longer squeezes- and the smell improved. Much better!
