Is it possible to buy extra 1.5mm nibs for this set?

Sorry, these pens also don't support changing nibs, but there is a 1.5mm nib pen in this set.

How do I fill the converter?

After installing the converter, dip the pens nib into the ink, turn the red part of the converter to inhale the ink, and you're done.

Are finer nibs available to fit this pen, in order to get a sharper and more precise line? If so, where can I purchase them?

This set has a 0.7mm nib, which is the most finer one. Maybe it will meet your requirements.

When it says store upright, does it mean nib up? Or nib down? Package comes with them stored nibs down so just curious

I am no expert but when I read up on this, the articles stated nibs up. However, because I use them so often and the set wasn't expensive, I store them as nibs down because the ink in a couple of the pens don't flow freely. Two of the pens have issues and take a while to even have any ink come through (even with switching out cartridges). Hope this info helps.
