Better than most instant oatmeal cereals. Just add some hot water, stir for a minute and its ready to eat. One package makes about a half cup. Very filling. Good portion control for those watching the intake.

Love the taste, especially when I add berries and almonds. Healthy and slimming at the same time. It's my breakfast buddy on Mon, Wed, and Fri. Add water and microwave for 90 seconds...quick breakfast, easy prep! What more can a guy want?

I have bought this cereal before so I know I like it. It’s expensive but it is very convenient. Add 2/3 cup of water and cook in the microwave for 90 seconds. Let it sit for 15 seconds and it’s ready.

I like that this product was delivered in excellent condition. The flavor is adequate as a cereal and fun to use in other calories dense HMR recipes, like muffins or meatballs (really). I definitely recommend the seller! Reliable always!

It is the same price as it is on the HMR website, but Amazon can ship it must faster. It really works if you are following the recommended diet. I also use the protein shakes and low calorie frozen dinners. I lost 20 lbs in 2 months. If you think its expensive, just know that being overweight is even more expensive. Sacrificing a little more money for a few months to be healthier is worth it. This hot cereal is like a mix of oatmeal and cream of wheat. It has currents instead of raisins. I add a little stevia to make it sweeter.

The HMR oatmeal is really good and very filling. You can even make bread out of it for mornings on the go!!

So happy for this option with the HMR Plan! It makes it so easy to prepare and you can add a variety of fruit and flavorings! This is a product I hope they NEVER change or discontinue! It is good on it's own and it is phenomenal with the other additions. My favorite I just have to share is the addition of a diced up apple and 1-2 oz of sugar free Cinnamon and Brown Sugar Flavoring by Torani and it is so, Amazingly DELICIOUS!! Thanks HMR!!!
