Works if you follow the instructions and theres no damage to inner bladder
Inexpensive fix. Works on balls with inner bladder but only if the leak is coming from the valve stem and not due to a damaged bladder. I had a lightly used Spalding TF-1000 game ball that wasn't holding air. Put a few drops of water on and around the valve and saw air bubbling so I knew the air was leaking out from around the valve stem. Follow the instructions exactly as it says. I deflated the ball completely by putting the needle in and squeezing it down as much as I could until no more air was coming out, took the white cap off of the syringe and it slid right in easily (if it doesn't you can use a bit of vaseline/vegetable oil, whatever), dispensed all of the product into the ball, immediately inflated it to the proper psi, then spent about 5-10 minutes dribbling normally, side to side, with some pound dribbling mixed in, etc. Just make sure to dribble it around real good. Let it sit overnight, had to add just a little bit more air the next day. There was no more air bubbling from around the valve with I put water on it. The ball now holds air like you would expect a ball to hold air and its been about a month so this seems like a pretty permanent fix.

Waste of money
Product didn’t work for me. Glad I only bought one. Kid was disappointed that we couldn’t fix his soccer ball. The actual goop didn’t push through the needle.

Didn't work well
Used it and the ball still deflated, maybe I didn't do it the right way.

Doesn't work at all!!!
This product is a waste of money and I wouldn't recommend trying it. A better solution to fixing a small leak is if you can get ahold of a syringe. You can then inject super glue into the leaky hole. Make sure the hole is facing the ground when you do so that the glue will hit the hole when injected into the ball once you have some glue injected in there, pull the syringe out and let the ball sit to dry. Cheaper and more effective than the ball doctor.

Worked Perfect On Football
Have a football purchased from a stadium while traveling. It developed a leak and while i could purchase a new one it was a memento from a favorite team so i tried this. It worked exactly the way it should and the ball does not feel any different. The ball must be deflated first or the liquid is hard to inject. Once injected i aired up the ball and spun it in the air for a few mins. It has been inflated without leaks for the past week.

It sealed my ball, but the weight is a bit off now
I purchased this in hopes that my $50 Tachikara ball could be saved after a puncture with a staple. I followed the instructions closely, including bunching and rolling it around to ensure even coating on the inside. It did seal the ball well. No leaks for the weeks now. For casual use the ball is now functional, but it is slightly heavier and just a little off balance. My more discriminating player friends and I find it just bad enough that we don't use it for our regular games any more. I will keep it to practice setting, but will have to buy a new ball for the games.

Didn't work for us
We have a basketball with a small leak. It is small enough that the ball is useable for a couple hours after being inflated but large enough to mostly deflate the ball after a full day or a full night. I took a shot and tried this, even with the mix of good and poor reviews. We followed the instructions, including bouncing and spinning the ball around a lot to distribute the liquid around the inside. The leak was no better after use.
