This brace fits snugly but not to tight, has built in silicone strips so that it does not slip & is comfortable, has side bars that sort of act as shock absorbers for support. I had been haveing terrible knee pain (probably a meniscus tear) & like to golf but the more I swung the more it hurt until I put on this brace along with compression socks & after playing 18 holes my knee actually felt better probably the support & the dual compression from the brace & socks. Their price for this very well made product is amazing too - it seems like these Doctors really care about our knee pain as they make great knee sleeves I wear for light duty as well. Currently doing physical therapy after a pickleball accident, and this knee brace has been a game-changer for my recovery. good support for my knees, I wear them for both knees, quality made, nice big cushion ring, velcro holds tight. would be 5 stars but the 4 strap design bothers me putting them on, but after that they are great. I use to wear another brand for years but that brand changed its design and made it very difficult to put on and the quality went way down, I was sorry they changed, I think the name rhymed with ferris buellar

Im a nurse, and as a nurse I'm a horrible patient. I'm the last person to think I need to seek treatment.In January, on a Friday, I was playing with my daughter. I jumped and felt a pop in my right knee. I couldn't put weight on my leg and it hurt any time weight was put on it. My leg would give out if any kind of weight went on it.I immediately knew something was veryyyyy wrong, but I also in denial and was going to treat it like a sprain, with a knee brace and rest. Basic RICE. So I went on Amazon, read the reviews, and bought this.This brace allowed me to put a little weight on my leg and decreased my pain. It expecially helped in bed. If my knee even went slightly out of alignment it was super painful.I did my own research over the weekend and all my symptoms pointed to a torn ACL. Still in denial, because sprains are easier to deal with then an ACL tear, I kept treating it for a sprain.I went to work on Monday limping and refusing to do less then I always do (the knee brace helped immensely with keeping me active). The only difference I made was sitting when I interviewed a patient instead of standing.I talked to one of the anesthesiologist I worked with who convinced me to make a doctor's appointment because she told me it sounded like a torn ACL.Well, after a doctor's appointment with my primary, a CT scan, and then seeing an orthopedic surgeon.. I had a diagnosis of a partially torn ACL.My primary, and the orthopedic surgeon were pleased that I had been wearing a brace and they liked the knee brace I was using.To avoid surgery the orthopedic surgeon prescribed physical therapy for me. The physical therapists took a look at the knee brace and were very happy with the one I was using. I would take it off for physical therapy, but I wore it for work, home, and sleep. Eventually I was able to strengthen my knee and leg enough that I slowly weaned myself from wearing the knee brace. Every once in awhile I would wear it for support if my knee ached too much.After I graduated physical therapy I saw my orthopedic surgeon who was extremely happy with the progress I made and said it was up to me if I want surgery. I feel like I'm almost back to normal so I am not getting surgery. He said ACLs never repair themselves so it will always be torn.Because of this knee brace I was able to recover the use of my knee to almost what it was before.I'll always have issues pivoting, but I didn't do that much before so whatever.I currenly feel no pain, can stand on my right knee, walk completely normal, I don't even notice that my ACL is torn unless I step wrong (like twisting my knee) or try and pivot.This knee brace gave me great support for my kneeIt was the perfect size for my knee. It fit well and never slid down.The compression for it helped keep the swelling down without cutting off circulation.The design worked so well for my partially torn acl.I would recommend this brace to anyone who needs it.

I like this knee brace so much that I bought a second as a backup. I have bone-on-bone stage 4 osteoarthritis if my right knee. Found out 2 weeks before my second hip replacement surgery! I can only handle one joint replacement surgery a year at age 66 (I’ve had both hips and a shoulder replaced), so surgery was put off to next winter because I won’t give up gardening and vacation season. So I brace my knee and do as much as I can.I have used a number of other knee braces recently snd over the years, and I feel this one gives me the best support (without going into a full-hardware brace) and is also pretty comfortable. It is easy to put on and to adjust to one’s individual needs. The padded knee ring gives extra kneecap support. The brace stays in place pretty well. The price is very reasonable for the quality of this brace. I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing solid knee support that is also flexible and allows for full movement.

This knee brace works really well,so well that I ordere a second one, there was a problem when I first ordered it I received a shirt instead of the knee brace, I reached out to Amazon and they sent me the correct item and it works perfect. The fit is just right and it supports me knee really well, it also has slip resistance so it stays in place. I also love the durability of this item it is very sturdy so I know I will have it a long time and for the price I paid it was a good price so I ordered a second one for my left knee. When walking I have no more pain. So glad I bought this.
