Would buy again in a heartbeat!
Love! Instructions were easy to follow. I have this attached to my headboard so I can watch TV on my iPhone 7 with it being plugged in and I don’t have to worry about falling asleep and the cords being in the blankets. It also gives great versatility in being able to adjust so I can be comfortable using it. Unlike others, this one is great because it easily and quickly can be collapsed and moved out of the way. I had no problems with the arms being unstable from weight of my electronic as I could simply tighten one of the knobs. and the best thing is that customer service is quick to respond for any questions or concerns!

Terrible instructions on potentially nice product
The assembly instructions for this product were terrible. As simple as it looks i had trouble assembling it. First of all the instructions are in chinese. There are a few handwritten sentences like "how to install the main pole to the base". There were some pictures of poor quality which were of no help. Basically you are on your own. HOWEVER, after i got it assembled i really like it. I have not used it much yet as i just assembled it today. So i know nothing about the durability. There is no excuse for such instructions unless you live in china. It starts you out on the wrong foot with a product that may turn out to be really nice.

Dislike: it does NOT carry the iPad. It goes down when you put the iPad. It is good for phones or readers.
