AluratekHD 1080P Webcam, USB-C/USB-A, w/Built-in Speakers & Mic,Black,AWCS06F

The camera was producing washed images. I tried it on different computers with no change in image quality. I thought there might be some adjustments I could make with software (driver) from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, there is no driver to improve the poor image quality. The customer service is good. They company representative responded to me within 24 hours. After a couple of exchanges where I shared screen grabs, the representative said it was faulty product and that I should get an exchange for it from the retailer (in this case Amazon).I think Aluratek put too much effort in integrating the speaker into the camera. They may have compromised on the quality of the camera components.I have returned the product to Amazon. I bought a different brand, without an integrated speaker in the webcam. I am giving two stars because I am very pleased with the customer service.

Loving this Aluratek camera. It’s so easy to setup. Great video quality. Built in speaker works great.

The camera and picture quality were not great. It was a big grainy and it’s very wide. I wish it was possible to limit the scope of what the camera picks up

This camera is amazing. Resolution is good. It has clear microphone audio. It’s truly 360° View. I loved it.
