Ninja 1988 - 2007 Perfect Fit
Perfect fit for a 1988 to 2007 Ninja 250!

Good peacock, tho fuel filter does not fit,
I got this for the 2003 ninja 250 I’m restoring, the included fuel filter does not fit in the very short space between the petcock and the carburetor on this bike, but the pet talk itself was well-made like OEM quality much lower price.

fit perfect
fit and operated perfectly on my sons 1988 ninja converted cafe racer-- no leaks and flowed fuel like it was supposed to!

Almost like OEM
Everything about this petcock is like the original except it doesn't come with the bolt O-rings, it has the cross-over gaskets that seal bolt holes but I had to reuse the original O-rings on the new petcock.

Almost indistinguishable from factory Petcock
This petcock replaced one from a 2003 Kawasaki EX250 Ninja. The castings are very high quality, fit up was perfect and function of the selector lever was smooth. Before reinstalling the fuel tank I tested the vacuum valve using a syringe to pull vacuum. Fuel stopped flowing when vacuum was released. Great value, high quality, very pleased!

Direct replacement
Perfect fit for my bike. Other one that I bought was too short.

the diaphragm did not work
This petcock has what I'm assuming is a diaphragm in it. However the part that I got did not let Gas pass through it. It seems like the parts were made to be to tight fiting. I do not recommend this product. It's a waste of time and money.

Poor interference fit between the brass hose connections and housing
I may have gotten a fluke but the fuel to carb line Brass nozzle fell off the bottom of the petcock upon installation of the hose, I was able to expand the nozzle to have a better interference fit tapped it back in and works good now but for 60 dollars I would expect better quality
