Good fun scooter, only issue is, scooter readings been taken when 70-76kg person rides it. Me walking around with 90kg bit struggl up hill.

This scooter wasn’t suitable so I sent it back , but the thing is I’ve been waiting for nearly two weeks for a refunds that’s always saying the scooter is still on its way back , it took one day to get here and 14 to get back so far

This thing is a blast to ride. It will take any normal person up the the max speed.It struggles to get their with my fat ass riding it. But going down the hill she will.battery life seems pretty good and units electronic seem to work without flaw so far.

The media could not be loaded. I had this scooter unpacked and assembled in 15 minutes. You need to get the APP to get it started but that was no problem. This scooter is very well made and rides better than any other scooter I have ridden. I bought one from another manufacturer on AMAZON last year. This one is far superior in quality of build, and riding comfort. It has air filled tires which make it far smoother that solid tire scooters. The one I got last year goes 5 mph faster, but the ride isn't nearly as comfortable. The latch that hold the thing together when folded is well engineered and works great. Our other scooter's latch has broken twice and we have to carry it with a strap. I can get the NIU scoter to go 16mph. (25mph would be better). I think they make another model that goes faster. However, I think most people will find 16mph fast enough. Battery life appears to be good. I can't rate it on hills, as I live in Florida and where I ride is flat. We take our scooters on our boat and use them when in port as transportation. They would be great for RVing as well. The APP keeps you well informed on the statistics of the scooter. It tells you the battery life, a go riding record, it locks and unlocks the scooter, helps you find dealer, has a fault code directory etc. Overall, I am very impressed with the quality of the scooter. It is no doubt the highest quality in this price range. One note: we had an issue with delivery and it had to do with Amazon's shipping label, not the seller. Delivery took weeks while Amazon and UPS worked the issue out, it had to do with the label not being properly marked for hazardous materials, aka the battery. Eventually, UPS re-boxed the item the scooter and finally delivered with a note inside the box explaining the issue.UPDATE: I like the e-save setting that only allows the scooter to go 9 mph, it's a safe feature for those who are uncomfortable going fast or to use in congested areas to prevent accelerating too fast. I also find the e-save mode makes the scooter less jerky upon start up. The e-save option is easy to access, it will display on the bottom of the screen, just push the on button again to add or remove it. Battery life is very good. The scooter has a head light that you can put on when dark, just double click the on button. There is alway a regular low beam safety light on. The headlight is bright and wide street coverage for seeing if you are out in the dark. It has a bell to ring to notify people you are approaching. It also has one hand break but reducing the speed immediately slows the scooter down. The more I use it the more I like it. We got it to take on our boating trips but I use it around the neighborhood when I go to a friends house.

Bereits die dritte Reparatur innerhalb nicht mal eines Jahres.Der Roller befindet sich mehr in der Werkstatt, wie alles andere. Leider reagiert NIU nicht auf Wandlung oder Ersatzlieferung. Stattdessen sehr komplizierte Prozesse, wo ein Reparaturantrag gestellt werden muss und so weiter. Die minderwertige Qualität, haben mir andere auch schon bestätigt. Auch wo die Roller im Geschäft gekauft wurden. Da chinesisches Unternehmen, sind rechtliche Schritte aussichtslos. Ich werde auch in Google und auf anderen Seiten NIU entsprechend bewerten. Nie wieder dieses Unternehmen. Hier stimmt Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht.

We purchased this scooter 6 months ago and my daughter has maybe used it 4 times since. She went to charge it and use it for school a month ago and we have had an error message on it since. I have been unable to contact the seller and now we have waster $700 on a scooter than is unusable. There is not even any information on what the error message means so that we could at least attempt to fix it for use.\Buy from a reputable seller with these bigger items. We are disappointed and now my daughter needs to travel by bus and not her expensive scooter that she was given as a gift for her 18th birthday ):

I was really excited when I took it out of the box. However the scooter’s true top speed is 15mph. Maybe I got a lemon, but the battery life is not as advertised either. On a full charge I was able to make it 12 miles on one trip. Charge for 5 hours to get a hour ride :/ When battery gets low it may as well be deadNow after ~9months of owning the scooter (not riding through the winter months) after 1-1.5 miles of riding on a full charge it starts to die out and will only go 7-10mph.Save your money and buy literally any other scooter
