I still got bit
I bought this last year and thought it was a miracle when someone else said, "I'm really getting bit up out here" and I wasn't being touched. However this seems to work only if there are other people around for the mosquitoes to target. Last night I got bit on the face and my hand. Tonight I got bit on the arm straight through the material. Keep in mind I haven't even washed this garment once yet, so I don't think it's worn off. I feel like I'm going to be trapped indoors the rest of the summer. Too much money for this to only work a few times.

I ordered a Med and a large and sent the Medium back. This top worked great against getting mosquito bites.i got bites on my hands, even though I applied bug repellent, but didn’t get bites where the shirt was . I would recommend this top!

Thin but comfy. Must wear bug cream on neck and face.
This is VERY thin, but comfortable and does keep the bugs away. I recommend wearing some bug cream around the neck area and face though.

Great item and it actually works as intended and then some.
I love this item. Extremely comfortable. Most definitely bug repellent and really helped stabilize my body temperature with it’s wicking effect. I’ve bought a second one since this purchase and wish it was not so pricy or I would buy more of them. It is a discounted price from what you usually have to spend from other none amazon online stores.

Love this hoodie. Really light like I was hoping for. Kept me bug free in the hot and humid Belize rain forest. Looks super cute on too, great fit. I get lots of compliments.

It works - the bugs stay away! Usually I'm a bug magnet, but I didn't get any bites and I was in the Amazon. (I did use insect repellant, too.) The fabric is very thin with a loose weave so it is somewhat see-thru - I originally ordered this in white but returned it bc it was too transparent. Has thumbholes to keep the sleeves from slipping up your arms, and has a big stretchy pocket in the front, with a smaller zipped pocket inside. Also has a hood so you can cover your head and neck. Unlike most of these camping tops, this one looks stylish. If they offered it in other dark colors, I'd buy another one.
