Low Carb
I e been buying Carba Nada for years and even told my Dr about it. I have Diabetes and this is the only low carb pasta I will eat. The taste and texture are fantastic. Highly recommended

Totally worth less carbs - still an excellent pasta.

Great Product!
My family eats low carb and this is truly the only pasta we eat! I tastes like the "real stuff!" It's the only pasta that I buy! We love the fusilli The only problem is that the price constantly changes. I've checked my invoices here on Amazon and find that I paid in the $24 dollar range for a six pack. Then, the price rose to about $32. Last week, I said no way would I buy because the price was $42 and today it is around $35, which is still too expensive! It isn't that the price rose with inflation and kept rising. It constantly varies from outrageous prices to reasonable to somewhere in the middle! We love the product(s) but not the price changes.

Only one package, not 6 as the description states
I have tried to order this product twice now and both times I have received only one bag of pasta even though the description clearly says it is a pack of 6. I tried it a second time because the pasta is good and I thought it was just a mistake. It was not. The mistake is in the description. It's just not worth the money for one bag.

Love these but read update.
I have been buying the Carba Nada fettuccine for yrs and was really wanting a different shape. Was so glad to find these. Can’t tell they r low carb!! Makes great Mac n cheese!Update—-again these r great but that said I don’t really think these as low carb as listed. No matter how little I eat of the pasta and add lots of veggies my blood glucose is still really high when I check it. Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that when they check their glucose?? The fettuccine pasta didn’t do that to me.

Love this stuff...
This stuff beats pretty much any and every other brand. The only thing better is their own egg fettuccine.Cook as directed but you may want to give it an extra minute or so depending on how al dente you like your pasta.Great quality. Great texture.

Good pasta-once you know how to use it
There's no doubt about it-made according to the label directions, this pasta has an off-puttingly rubbery texture. Why then did I give it 4.5 stars? Do what any creative cook would do-play with your food, and you can make tasty dishes with this, like my cheesy mac'n broccoli, pictured above. When you cook this, boil it first for about 12-15 minutes, not the five minutes mentioned on the package. Then LET IT SIT IN THE HOT WATER for a few minutes. You're kidding right? Doesn't pasta turn to mush if you let it sit? Not this pasta! I haven't tried simmering it in tomato sauce yet, but I am sure that it's good that way as well. Sauce it up, season it up, and let it sit in the fridge overnight to absorb the flavors. If you're not a fan of firm pasta, this may not be for you, but if you enjoy a chewy bite, this pasta is a good compromise for people who can't afford to let their pasta go to waist. I was very skeptical about reviews that said that you would eat less of this, because the protein makes this more filling, but it really is ! I will definitely be trying other pasta shapes in this line of products. Now if the price could come down just a little, life would be good.

Best low carb pasta
I use the fettuccine and the fusilli Pasta.I've read other reviews saying the other forms are not as good as far as holding their shape...but I haven't tried the those. This is by far the best low carb pasta I have had..and I have tried a lot of them. It is so nice to be able to have Swedish meatballs on fettuccine and also meatballs and sauce on fusilli.
